Privacy Policy

Salesgraph helps revenue teams understand pipeline, execution, and customer engagement across the systems they already use. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use Salesgraph with connected systems such as email, call recording, calendar, CRM, sales engagement, and collaboration tools.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, product, communications, events, and related services. It also applies to information we receive from integrations and data sources that a customer or authorized user connects to Salesgraph.

Where Salesgraph processes customer data on behalf of a business customer, we generally act as a service provider or processor and handle that data under our agreement with the customer. The customer is typically responsible for determining what data is connected to the service and whether it has the right legal basis to share that data with us.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Salesgraph, your account configuration, and the systems you connect.

  • Account and business information, such as names, work email addresses, company names, titles, billing details, and administrator settings.
  • Website and product usage information, such as IP address, browser and device details, session activity, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction data collected through cookies or similar technologies.
  • Integration data from tools a customer connects to Salesgraph, which may include CRM records, contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, notes, emails, calendar events, meeting metadata, call recordings, transcripts, chat messages, Slack or similar collaboration content, attachments, enablement materials, and usage signals from sales or support systems.
  • User-submitted content, prompts, feedback, support requests, survey responses, and other materials you send to us.
  • Derived information, such as summaries, classifications, recommendations, trend data, analytics, health signals, forecasts, and other product outputs generated from the data available in the service.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve Salesgraph and related services.
  • Sync with third-party systems, process customer data, and generate insights, summaries, automations, and recommendations requested by customers or users.
  • Personalize the product experience, support onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and respond to customer requests.
  • Communicate about service updates, security notices, support matters, events, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • Monitor usage, investigate abuse or policy violations, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Create aggregated or de-identified analytics to understand product performance, market demand, and system reliability.

Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal data, we rely on bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. Legitimate interests may include operating and improving the service, securing our systems, preventing fraud, understanding product usage, and communicating with customers about the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers and subprocessors that help us host, secure, monitor, support, and operate the service.
  • With integration providers and third-party services when a customer enables those connections or instructs us to transmit data.
  • With advisors, auditors, insurers, financing sources, or acquirers in connection with a corporate transaction or diligence process.
  • When required to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect users or the public, or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the service, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, the customer's configuration, applicable law, and operational needs. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer periods.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

Salesgraph and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you are located. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

Your Choices

  • You may update account details, manage certain integration settings, or disconnect third-party services through your workspace configuration where available.
  • You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.
  • Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port certain personal data.
  • If Salesgraph processes your information on behalf of a business customer, you should direct privacy requests to that customer first.

Children and Sensitive Data

Salesgraph is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Unless expressly supported in writing, customers should not use the service to submit special categories of personal data, health information, payment card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive information that requires heightened protection.
